For the 12th time in the event’s 17-year history, the Grand Blue Mile, presented by Wellmark, together with the Drake Relays, will host the USATF 1 Mile Championships in 2026.

The Championships have previously been held here in 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, and consecutively from 2020 through 2026.
